Hola! Soy Sandra Chávez, quiero compartirles mis resultados, después de unos meses de descuidarme por temas de trabajo, decidí volver a hacer el reto y empecé con toda la actitud tomando mis suplementos y haciendo ejercicio 30 min en las mañanas.
