Mi nombre es Lupita, me inscribí al reto porque ya no quiero estar con sobrepeso. Me canso mucho, hay cosas que me cuesta trabajo hacer y sobretodo por salud!

Hago detox con ayuno más o menos de 14, 15 hrs.
En las mañanas me tomo 1 cápsula de repair. Para romper el ayuno tomo súper greens con Berry blast.
Comida y cena cada una con 1 cápsula de digest.
Si siento hambre entre comidas me como una manzana, gelatina light o una malteada YOR shake.
Dejé de tomar refresco y trato de no comer pan ni tortilla.

Tenía ropa que me quedaba súper apretada y ya me queda floja!!! Aún me falta, pero gracias a YOR voy bajando de talla, medidas y peso!
