Hola mi nombre es Servando de Jesús Quezada Morales tengo 48 años.

cada mañana después de despertar siempre me tomo una mezcla metabólica muy buena, con una gota de aceite esencial de limón y una gota esencial de jengibre disueltas en 8 onzas de agua tibia. media hora después me tomaba mi supergreens, junto con YOR AMP,2 YOR essential vitamins y Yor repair. Y comenzaba a hacer mi rutina 30 min. de ejercicios.
