Hola mi nombre es Ivan pellegrin soy de Culiacán sinaloa.
Y decidí entrar al reto de 8 semanas para trasformar mi cuerpo.
Me siento satisfecho aunque no fue un cambio como yo lo quería porque me faltó un poco más de esfuerzo pero siempre vi mi diferencia también gracias al ayuno intermitente o dieta del guerrero de ayuno de 14 horas.
Mi rutina diaria fue acer ejercicio solo con mi propio peso de 4 a 5 días ala semana como mínimo una hora de ejercicios.
Los productos que utilice fueron:
Aceite esencial de limón, YOR Digest Ultra, yor sake de chocolate.
En la mañana en ayunas una gotita de aceite esencial de limón en un vaso con agua tibia.
Antes del desayuno y comida una pastilla yor Digest Ultra.
Y en la cena ya sea mi malteada de chocolate o cereal con leche de almendras o frutas que sea algo ligero.
Me encanta el reto de 8 semanas porque me ayuda a cuidarme.
