Mi peso inicial fue de 74 kg, actualmente estoy pesando 76.200 kg, me senti muy bien en este desafio a pesar de haber pasado las fechas de diciembre que son las más complicadas en cuanto alimentación se refiere, aun así me mantuve enfocado para lograr mis objetivos prometidos. Mi paquete elegido fue uno que arme con 1 basico mas una MRP extra, unos reparadores y un MUSCLE ENERGY, por la mañana hacia mi desayuno normal como huevos, sandwich, etc y en la colación utilizaba mi primer porcion en YOR MRP en 500 ml de agua, mas tarde venia la comida y posteriormente tomaba mi MUSCLE ENERGY y me dirigia a entrenar por 30 minutos intensos al día, saliendo del entrenamiento tomaba otra porción de YOR MRP junto con mis reparadores y ya más tarde era hora de la cena.


La verdad es que me senti muy bien y vi excelentes resultados en subir la masa muscular, sin duda la plataforma de yorbestbody me ha ayudado a lograr mis objetivos a lo largo de cada reto al cual entro y aunque lo haga varias veces siempre me llevo la sorpresa de los resultados.
