Antes de el reto consumía los productos y me sentía muy bien, creía que por estar delgada ya estaba bien.
No hacia nada de ejercicio, toda mi vida había sido una persona muy sedentaria. La verdad tarde en aplicarme con el reto al principio que se lanzo, pero luego por toda la comunidad y ver que todos estaban teniendo cambios increíbles y se veían mucho mejor decidí empezar a hacer ejercicio.
Comenze a hacer yoga 3 días a la semana y despues le agregue otros 2 dias de ejercicio en casa.
El MRP me la tomaba después de hacer ejercicio, tomaba el digest en las comidas y cenas y berry blast si me llegaba a sentir cansada en el día.
Cambie un poco mi alimentacion y comenze a comer mas verduras e intentar comer comida menos procesada.
Al principio me era dificil hacer ejercicio porque no me gustaba pero ahora es algo indispensable en mi vida, le he agarrado mucho gusto y me siento mucho mejor.
