Hola Soy Enrique Cerón y tengo 49 años, mi peso era 64 kilos y termine con 66, este es mi tercer reto, la verdad estoy muy contento.

Empezaba mi día con una cápsula Probióticos, después a la hora me tomaba un SuperGreens

Como a las 1:30 pm me tomaba un Yor Shake de chocolate y a las 2 pm me ponía hacer ejercicio durante 1 hora acondicionamiento físico por lo menos de lunes a jueves.

A las 4 me tomaba un una cápsula de Digest Ultra y comía normal.

De cena me tomaba un Yor Shake de chocolate y antes de ir a dormir me tomaba 2 cápsulas de Yor Repair.

Durante todo el día tomaba mucha agua con unas gotitas de aceite de limón.

Procuraba hacer un ayuno de 12 horas mínimo.

Me he sentido muy bien durante este reto, con más energía y con mejor estado de ánimo, la verdad recomiendo a la gente hacer el reto para que les pueda cambiar la vida igual que a mi.
