Hola soy Verónica Aquino, tengo 35 años y les comparto mis resultados, ya que después de unos meses de descuidarme por temas de una cirugía deje de hacer ejercicio, descuide mi alimentación y suplementación, decidí volver a hacer el reto YOR Best Body y empecé a retomar el ejercicio muy leve por la recuperación de la cirugía, inicié con mi suplementación de YorHealth, por la mañana mi primer alimento es el YOR SuperGreens y posteriormente mi Yor Shake amo el sabor chocolate y una càpsula de YOR AMP posteriormente en la Comida: proteína, algunas grasas buenas como aguacate, verduras + YOR Digest Ultra, por la tarde realizaba mi ejercicio de baja intensidad con una cápsula de Yor AMP previa al ejercicio y por la noche, una cena en la que ya comía carbohidratos, proteina y grasas buenas.
La verdad me siento muy bien, mi digestión es estupenda y los cambios se van notando, mi objetivo es seguir en el reto y concluir más hasta alcanzar mis objetivos
