Hola familia del YORBest Body!
Mi nombre es Aurelia y estoy muy feliz de terminar un reto mas, les cuento..

A pesar de tener 62 años, el día de hoy puedo decir que me siento con mucha más energía para empezar mi día a día y lo más importante es que gano calidad de vida al mantener mis niveles de azúcar normalizadas al igual que la presión arterial.

Les comparto el régimen que sigo:

-Al despertar me tomo una cápsula de YOR AMP y para el desayuno no puede faltar mi YORMRP de vainilla con YOR Berry Blast, que siento que es la mejor combinación del mundo! También aprovecho para tomarme mis 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.

-A la hora de la comida, con el primer bocado de mis alimentos me tomo una cápsula de YOR DigestUltra y a media tarde me preparo mis YOR Super Green.

-A la hora de la cena nuevamente me tomo mi malteada de Vainilla y otras 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Salgo a caminar de 3 a 5 veces por semana aproximadamente 45 min.
