Hola. mi nombre es Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes tengo 47años, soy de Lima - Perú, este es mi 3er reto en el Yor Best Body y me encuentro satisfecha por haberlo terminado.
Decidí hacer este reto por los diferentes problemas de salud que vengo padeciendo(Artritis Reumatoidea, Hipotiroidismo de Hashimoto y Espondiolitis Anquilosante), motivo por el cual es difícil perder peso.
El reto lo inicie pesando 68kg., actualmente estoy pasando 64kg., he logrado bajar 4kg.
Todos los días tomo los suplementos de Yor Health, tomando: Yor Shake, Yor Fiber, Yor Repair, Aceite de Limón, abundantes líquidos y cuidando mi alimentación.
En el reto no realice ningún tipo de ejercicios por los diferentes problemas de salud que me impiden realizarlos, a pesar de ello logre bajar de peso considerablemente.
No logre llegar a la meta pero lo más importante es que mí estado de salud ha mejorado, me siento con más energía, vitalidad y super feliz, porque cada día voy mejorando.
