Hola a todos mi nombre es Daniel y les comparto mi experiencia de el reto de 8 semanas de YOR Best Body Challenge.
Al inicio del best body challenge estaba en un peso de 150 lbs y mantuve el peso durante y hasta el final del best body challenge de 150 lbs.
Durante el best body challenge use los productos: Berry Blast todas las mañanas para comenzar el día lleno de energía, el Probiotics Ultra y el Repair Ultra en ayunas, después para romper un ayuno de 16 horas usaba el SuperGreens seguido de un Fiber Plus, una hora después tomaba el YOR Shake Vainilla. Al medio día tomaba un AMP y en la cena un Digest Ultra para ayudar al proceso digestivo.
Mi actividad física fue de 4 días a la semana de 30 a 60 minutos ya fuera correr o rutina de pesas. El best body challenge me ha ayudado a mantenerme en forma por más de dos años y seguirá siendo mi manera de estar activo y saludable por muchos años mas!
