Hola! Soy Bibi Alvarez  , tengo 36 años , decidí embarcarme a éste reto como motivación para lograr mis objetivos en cambio de hábitos, regularmente  procuro una buena alimentación y ejercicio pero un tiempo no fui muy apegada a ello , asi que estas 8 semanas de estar consumiendo los suplememtos YOR noté significativamente mi rendimiento en mis actividades fisicas en el gym y a lo largo del dia sintiéndome con energia.  En mi plan de suplementacion , al despertar empezaba tomando en ayunas 1 cápsula de cada uno de éstos, YOR PROBIOTICS ULTRA  ,  YOR REPAIR y YOR AMP Implemente ayuno intermitente de aprox 14 hras para después cortarlo con YOR SUPER GREENS , YOR BERRY BLAST Y  YOR FIBER PLUS , mi rutina de ejercicios consistió en spinning, circuitos , yoga y pesas , alcanzando resistencia, fuerza y condición, al término de mi rutina, enseguida la toma de 3 scoops de YOR SHAKE , en cada comida 2 tabletas de YOR VITAMINS y 1 de YOR DIGEST  finalizando por la noche la toma de 1  cápsula de YOR REPAIR.
