Hola Comunidad, ya regresando a las andadas.
Un ciclo peculiar se dio esta vez, combinado un pequeño período de inactividad junto con una situación familiar de salud fue suficiente para que no pudiera enfocarme la primera mitad de las 8 semanas.
Afortunadamente todo salió muy bien y pude acabarlo (mientras tengan la oportunidad manténganse activos, dejar de entrenar un mes sí que afecta la condición atlética ganada).
También gracias a la linea completa de nutrición que me ayudó en esa recta final, ya que para mí es difícil ganar músculo. Así que subir un kilo y solo quedar a otro de mi meta en 64 kg lo siento como una victoria.
Lo que me dejó este ciclo y quiero compartirles es... sigan entrenando, aun con un horario apretado porque nuestro cuerpo merece estar en movimiento.
