Hola buenos días primero q nada quiero agradecer a yorhealth por hacer este tipo de concursos de motivación , la verdad es q yo en el reto me sentí muy bien ya q no sentí anda difícil hacer ya q con los productos simplemente es muy fácil sentirse bien.
Yo personalmente comenzaba mi día con yor repair, unos minutos después me tomaba el súper greens y con ese me iba a hacer algo de ejercicio y durante el ejercicio tomaba berry blass y yo simplemente me sentía super bien y fuerte después de terminar mi ejércicio tomaba mi malteada , en la hora de comida comía normal y me tomaba las enzimas digest y terminando mi comida tomaba mis vitaminas y eso era todo hasta ahy llegaba con mi alimentación de yorhealth, sinceramente el cambio q más note fue en mi energía del día , además q mi actitud mejoró bastante....gracias yor.. ni nombre es alma Livier Gómez Yepez , mi peso anterior era de 56 actualmente estoy en 53kg además de sentirme bien simplemente lucir mejor ante los ojos de todos a mejorado mucho mi autoestima....mil gracias
