My name is Shane Chapman and I'm from Melbourne, Australia.

My start weight at the beginning of the challenge was 89.0kg. I didn't quite reach my goal weight but I managed to lose 5.8kg and am currently 83.2kg.

Each morning I started my day with a shake that included the Yor Shake Vanilla and Yor SuperGreens, as a meal replacement for breakfast. It ensured I kick started my day in the best possible way.

I also took the Yor Probiotics each day and made sure I had Yor Essential Vitamins and Yor Digest Ultra with lunch and dinner.

This helped me process what I was eating efficiently and kept me healthy throughout the challenge.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to exercise during the challenge as I had arthroscopy surgery on my left hip during the challenge.
