Hola!! Estoy feliz por completar mi segundo reto completo!
Durante este reto me propuse ser mas disciplinado con tomarme el producto y no me refiero en cuales productos sino en horarios y constancia.
En lo referente al ejercicio tuve un dolor en la espalda alta debido a un mal movimiento con una maleta por lo que no pude hacer ejercicio al principio del reto. Sin embargo una vez que se me paso la lesion con el YOR Repair, y por tener como inspiracion a mi esposa me inscribi a un gimnasio y comence a entrenar.
Al final del reto comence a entrenar mas en forma para prepararme para el maraton monterrey 2013 que es en Diciembre por lo que empece a combinar salir a cirrer y el ejercicio del gimnasio 4 dias por semana.
Ahora me siento mejor y aunque no logre marcarme como era mi meta se que en mi siguiente ciclo lo lograre.
