My name is Ellen Palmer. I am 43 years old. At the start of 2018 I was at the lowest weight I had been in since my college days playing volleyball, 136 pounds. But that all changed when I made the decision to go back to school and get a masters degree.

Twenty months later, I found myself 30 pounds heavier, and really unhealthy. So I made the decision to enter the Yor Health Best Body Challenge. Through the contest I have been able to drop some weight, 9 pounds, but most importantly other health measures such as blood pressure and resting pulse have improved.

Throughout the contest I have consistently taken the YOR Health multivitamin, Supergreens, Berry Blast, probiotics and YOR Amp. I also used the fiber and digestives as needed. In addition I have replaced anywhere from 1 to 3 meals a day, depending on my work load as a school district administrator and busy mom of two active boys.

I will continue to enter the YOR Health Best Body Challenge every 8 weeks till I reach my goal of 145 pounds, because the contest helps me stay consistent with the products and provides me with accountability and support for my long term health.

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. YOR Health does not make any claim that such experiences are typical or are indicative of future performance or success of using one of their products.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
