My before weight was 130lbs and my current weight is 118lbs.The products i used to get to my final weight of 118 lbs was the Meal replacements (MRP) vanilla flavor. Another product i used was the vitamins and the complete burn. I take the products everyday. I will drink the MRP every morning, sometimes for dinner and after i exercise.I will take the complete burn one tablet in the morning. I will take three vitamins in the morning and three capsules at night.I will exercise three times a day. The type of exercise i did was zumba. I would go to classes every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. During the other four days i would try to do light exercises of jumping jacks, crunches, and squats fifteen minutes before going to bed. The challenge has impacted my life very much by staying more active and eating more healthy. By losing weight and being more happy with my body. Also, by having close friends to support me and doing the challenge with me.

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
