Con este reto he cambiado mi filosofía de alimentación saludable ya que creía que el comer verduras, carne y algunas legumbres era una alimentación completa y sana. Ahora que conozco los productos de YOR me doy cuenta que puedo alimentarme de una manera saludable y que mi cuerpo obtendrá los mejores nutrientes de los alimentos, suplementándome de manera correcta.
En ayunas me tomo el YOR Repair y YOR probiotics, con el primer alimento me tomo el YOR Vitamin, YOR AMP, YOR Digest, para saciar mi hambre y ansiedad me tomo el YOR Shake de chocolate con fibra.
Por la tarde tomo el YOR Berry blast para que me de energía y concentración. A la hora de la comida tomo el YOR Digest y YOR Vitamin.
