Mi peso inicial es de 101 Kg. en este nuevo desafió inicie con 91 Kg. llegando a los 87 Kg.
Usan do por la mañana 6 AM con dos capsulas de AMP, una de Probiotico y una de reparador.
9 AM continuo con SurperGreens ,Fibra y Berry Blast.
2 Pm mi comida de dos a trs Digestivos y 3 vitaminas.
5 Pm una colación y 3 vitaminas. de 8 a 9 PM una Malteada de chocolate yor health deliciosa.
El ejercicio que realizo es andar en bicicleta de mi casa al trabajo aproximadamente 30 minutos de ida y 35 minutos de regreso diariamente debido a mi trabajo de escritorio es todo lo que hago de ejercicio.
