Hola amigos del Yor Best Body!!! Estoy muy contenta de poder culminar con este reto. Confieso que me ha costado un poco de trabajo subir masa muscular y tonificar, pues estuve bajo tratamiento médico a raíz de una lesión en rodilla e ingle izquierda, justo una semana después de haberme inscrito a este reto. Estuve 1 mes en recuperación y fisioterapia por lo que únicamente hacía los ejercicios de rehabilitación. Me ayudó muchísimo el Repair y Yor Vitamimas (2 caps por la mañana y 2 por la noche y 6 tabletas al día respectivamente) estuve utilizando aceite de Lemongrass y Clear Mind para recuperar movilidad, desinflamar y para aminorar el dolor, Así como el Yor Shake por las mañanas, y mi favorito Supergreens 2 veces al día. Se que aún me falta mucho por mejorar y espero en el siguiente reto llegar a mi peso ideal. Gracias YorHealth por esta
