Estoy feliz con los resultados de este 2do reto de 8 semanas, he descubierto que si me decido puedo lograrlo, no solo logré bajar kilos si no que mi cuerpo se transformo y me ayuda asentirme mejor conmigo misma. No llevo una dieta estricta pero sí me decidí a dejar el pan y la coca y a tomarme los productos de manera constante hago 30 minutos de ejercicio diario y me tomo supergreen y fibra por la mañana así como el AMP Probioticos y Repair, en la colacion mi proteina con mis vitaminas y en la comida mis enzimas ya en la noche igual mi fibra y mi repair con probioticos, también agregué los tés de limon y lemongrass con naranja y me encanta sentirme cada día mejor. Esto me impulsa a seguir adelante ya hora a participar ene l reto de definir estoy muy feliz desde dentro GRACIAS YOR!!!
