Decidí entrar al reto de 8 semanas para fortalecer mi cuerpo, bajar grasa y permanecer saludable en el proceso. Estoy muy contento con mis resultados y con la nutrición y salud que me proporcionan los suplementos de YOR Health.
Logré cumplir mis metas y me gustaría decirles lo que hice para lograrlo. Aunque comía de todo un poco, siempre acompañaba mis alimentos con los suplementos de YOR.
Me tomé los suplementos de la siguiente manera:
En las mañanas al despertar 1 YOR Repair y 1 YOR AMP.
Mi primer alimento del día era un jugo, mezclaba 1 medida de YOR Súper Greens y 1 de YOR Fiber Plus junto con 2 YOR Vitamins.
Para la siguiente comida tomaba 1 YOR Digest Ultra junto con 2 YOR Vitamins.
Para después de hacer ejercicio en las noches tomaba 2 medidas de YOR Shake.
Para la cena siempre tomaba 1 YOR Digest Ultra y 2 YOR Vitamins.
Justo antes de dormir me tomaba otra cápsula de YOR Repair.
El ejercicio que realizaba en el gimnasio variaba desde calistenia, yoga, spinning, baile, correr y entrenamiento funcional. Todo con un balance.
Gracias a los suplementos pude hacer ejercicio moderado y aún así tener los resultados que quería.
