estoy muy agradecido con YOR,mi peso inicial era de 93 kg
y mi peso final 82 kg,

- YOR SHAKE de Vainilla
las enzimas digestivas tomaba 1 en cada comida, si era la comida muy pesada, tomaba 2 el aceite de limón en cada vaso de agua que tomaba, junto con el aceite de naranja, esto me ha ayudado a quemar grassa pero sobre todo a desinflamarme, super greens en ayunas todos los dias y YOR SHAKE todas las mañanas y por las noches.
Me siento mucho mas ligero, con mucha energía y mas sano, me ha ayudado a rendir todo el dia y sentirme nutrido, ademas con las enzimas digestivas, me ayuda a tener una mejor digestión y a que mi cuerpo absorba lo que necesita.
no tengo tiempo de hacer ejercicio, pero si creo que si hiciera ejercicio, tendría un resultado mejor.
