Mi nombre es Adrian Carballo Dominguez, soy de La Paz, BCS y tengo 43 años. Soy bombero del ayuntamiento, inicie este reto de 8 semanas gracias a al jefe de mi esposa, que nos apoyo y a Josefina quien puso la suplementacion y la nutrición.
