Buenas tardes incie este reto con 83 kilos y sobre todo con problemas de salud, hoy lo termine con 79 kilos y me siento mucho mejor ..estoy muy satisfecha y feliz porque mi cansancio se ha ido y me siento con mas energia y sin dolores ..estuve usando y sigo tomando mis probioticos y yorrepair por la noche una capsula de cada uno luego antes de dormir 4 gotas de cbd y al amanecer mis aceites de limon con naranja y menta, luego los jugos verdes y despues mi shake de vainilla con agua y fresas, sin faltar mis vitaminas con cada comida y mis yordigest en la comida y cena, las yor amp tmb me las tomo en ayunas y por la tarde la verdad son una maravilla porque me da mucha energia me disminuye la ansiedad por comer azucares y me ayuda a acelerar el metabolismo,
hago ejercicio 3 o 4 veces por semana por 1 hora al dia durante las mañanas , de preferencia en ayunas.
