Hola soy Maya ??, he sido miembro de la familia Yor por 3 años.. llegue acá con una crisis de colitis súper fuerte y fue que me enseñaron los nutricionales y todo el sistema Yor, me encantó.
Estoy a días de cumplir 49 años y decidí entrar por tercera vez al reto por que me “aloque” con las celebraciones navideñas y me sentía muy inflamada e intoxicada.
Comienzo mi día con agua y 1 probiótico y 1 Repair
Hago ayuno intermitente de 16 y 18 horas y 1 vez a la semana de 24 hrs.
Rompo mi ayuno con Supergreens y berry blast y sustituyo una comida con Yorshake y Fibra.
Como solo 1 vez al dia, Soy vegetariana y para el reto diseñé un plan alimenticio Keto, por lo que como mucha proteina vegetal, huevo. Queso y eventualemnte salmon.
Tomo 1 enzima digestiva con mi comida/cena y termino mi dio con 1 repair y 1 probiotico antes de dormir
