HOLA TENGO 65 AÑOS SOY MARIA ANGELICA SANDOVAL soy hipertensa,diabetica y con problemas cardiovasculares y pulmonares, estaba batallando para controlar mis niveles de diabetes e hipertension hasta que inicie este reto mi salud ha mejorado muchisimo; mi hipertension esta controlada y mi diabetes tambien..mis defensas subieron mucho porque ya no me enferme de las vias respiratorias este invierno tomando todos los suplementos de yorhealth y el aceite de limon y cbd; por la mañana un probiotico y unas enzimas reparadoras, luego los jugos verdes y la malteada de vainilla y luego el aceite de limon ; una gota sublungual,y con los alimentos una vitaminas y una capsula digestiva, por las noches 2 gotas de cbd y me encanta porque me ayuda muchismo con la neuropatias, dolores e hipertension..Camino media hora 3 veces por semana cuando tengo oportunidad pero si me siento muy bien .
