This was a real challenge especially at the end .
I was very excited about starting the year with the end I started running in the morning to Chuc thc every day I got up earlier I took my AMP it gave me a lot of energy and my berry blast since I was not used to getting up early .
I started fasted quick 20 min work out I drank my yor shake with fiber after and have great lunch and took my digestive enzymes
Probiiotics twice a day to help me with my gut and my best friend definitely was the AMP , I had never try something so natural that gives me so much energy . At the end of my 3 weeks I had to travel to mexico and I made sure I brought enoug portions of my yor shake for after work outs meals and dinner. I wanted to avoid fast food . My 2 good meals always took my digesti ultra . My challenge was my last 10 days when they closed the gyms and I was so ready to step up and I had also left my free weights in mexico which I took to continue with my challenge . I got creative and my husband help me do some body weight work out ( only push ups deeps for triceps and squats . I had never appreciated the building gym so much since they closed it I realized the importance of working out taking care of our health because there might be a day we don’t be able to do it .
