Soy un Fan del reto Yorbestbody!
Amo este estilo de vida saludable y que YorHealth lo haga mas sencillo.

Hoy en día comparto el hacer ejercicio junto a mi esposa quien también consume los productos y que este año corrió su primera carrera de 5km junto conmigo y amo que yorhealth nos una más.

Nos fascina el Yorshake, Yor Repair y el Supergreens con berry blast.

Hago ejercicio 6 días a la semana, hago pesas en casa y salgo a correr de 5 a 10km.

Lo que mas me gusta de los productos es que me ayudan con mi rendimiento teniendo una excelente nutrición y recuperación para entrenar al 200% todos los días.

Este año mi meta es correr un iron man 70.3! Y se que con la ayuda de YorHealth podré lograrlo, comprometido y con mucha disciplina.
