Buenas tardes! Soy Carolina Lopez tengo 32 años, me inscribí a mi primer reto con mucho entusiasmo,siguiendo al pie de la letra el régimen o disciplina de cómo tomar los estupendos productos de Yor Health.
En las mañanas al levantar me tome mis repair, después mi malteada ,a las dos horas mi colación.
En mediodía mi alimento normal, caldo o pescado con mi primer bocado la ultra digest, a media tarde una fruta de mi elección y me tome 2 vitaminas essencial después de cada alimento.
En la cena variaba ,mi malteada o algo ligero, pues tengo un niño de 2 años y es muy agotador atenderlo, eso mismo no me permitió salir hacer ejercicio,los realicé en casa. Aun así logré disminuir 14 libras, estoy muy contenta. Gracias!!!!
