Hi! I am Evelyn Zapata I'm 44 years old , happy married with 4 kids and 2 grandkids, always busy with them, is why I decided to do this challenge, to do something good for myself and at the same time show them, family and friends that no matter how old or busy you are in life, you always have to find time for yourself and you can reach any goal with discipline, also having a good nutrition can impact tremendously inside out your body.
Before my challenge I start to notice more my sign of age, and I said to myself no no lol,this have to change. Now after the challenge I feel so happy and proud of myself cause I feel and see the results.
I did exercise at least 30 minute 4 to 5 days a week.
I have 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra And 1 YOR Repair Ultra Before bed.
I started my day with a glass of water with a drop of Lemon Bare oil and grapefruit Bare oil and 1 YOR AMP. At the end of my workout I have The SUPER GREENS with the FIBERS and 2 vitamins , at the middle of the morning 1 CHERRY BLAST ; with my lunch 1 YOR DIGEST AND 2 VITAMINES; I have a Vanilla YOR Shake as snack and 1 YOR digest with my small dinner. I really love all of the supplements!
