Hola soy Janet Martinez, soy de Lima-Perú, tengo 31 años y soy mamá, trabajo en forma independiente y hace 2 meses me hice una promotora de Yor Health, decidí meterme al reto porque queria mejorar mi salid, tenia problemas de depresión, hace años tuve parálisis facial y me quedaron secuelas, aparte tenia problemas de mala digestión y llevaba bastante grasa localizada en abdomen y espalda, mucha irritabilidad y falta de energía. Empece este reto con 61 Kg de peso y me tomaba 1 capsula de yor repair ultra en ayunas y otra antes de dormir , 2 medidas de yor shake reemplazando cena y a veces desayuno no hice nada de ejercicio y el resto de comidas normal. Estoy terminando este reto con 57 Kg de peso , solo bajé 3 KG pero en medidas he bajado mucho por lo menos talla y media , a la vez subí masa muscular porque siento mis piernas y brazos mas tonificados y no solo eso tambien mejoré.mi digestion, me siento mas tranquila pero sobre todo me gusta como me veo al espejo , mi cuerpo se ve diferente.
