I completed my YOR BEST BODY 8-Week Challenge, literally it is was a challenge, because I decided to track my nutrition, measuring my food daily, including the weekends, That was a challenge because being a mother of 2 beautiful Girls the weekend's was the hardest, so it was just something that I had to control. Something that I was noticing in my self was very bad inflammation around my stomach, and I had no energy on the daly basis.
Thanks for the Challenge I got to take care of my nutrition again.

During these 8 weeks, my diet discipline was completely different,
I was tracking my nutrition on a daily basis.
