Este ciclo de reto me fue algo accidentado ya que a medio camino se atravesó la pandemia y contingencia de COVID-19 en Mexico, por lo que disminuí un poco mi ritmo de ejercicio diario.

Me enfoqué mucho en ejercicios en casa que están en videos de YOUTUBE y algunos minutos de correr dentro del parque de mi colonia.

Todas las mañanas empiezo tomándome por lo menos un vaso de agua con una gota de limón para alcalinizar el cuerpo. Después abro con una dosis de SuperGreens y una malteada. Posteriormente ingeria una cápsula de Digest y recupere el hábito de las vitaminas para aumentar mis defensas.

Asimismo, incrementé mi ingesta de agua para fortalecer mi sistema inmune.

Voy por otro reto mas y por más resultados.
