Hello my name is Sandra Tovar.
I started this challenge with one single purpose: Become healthier and happier
I did not like the idea of being part of the unhealthy and unhappy club. Last year was a rough year it led me to depression and as you can see to a very unhealthy shape. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol as well with high risk of diabetes.
I started the challenge and little by little I was able to see the difference of how I felt as well as how I looked in the mirror.
My Routine was the following:
Morning:
two probioticos
one glass of water with lemon essential oils
One glass of super greens
During lunch one or two enzymes (Depending on how heavy was the lunch)
one cup of water with some fiber
Night
one or two enzymes
one repair
one cup of vanilla shake
This routine was easy to follow and I am forever thankful and grateful that Yorhealth is given the opportunity to have that change that I was looking for. Now with more confidence and a healthier body I will be signing up for the next challenge.
I started with 193 lbs and now I am at 184 lbs. This challenge was not easy but it was worth it.
