I am a mother of 4. I have always loved fitness. After having my children I was at my all time high, weighing 160 lbs. I wanted to feel strong again so I did a weight loss challenge at my local fitness center. I dropped 30 lbs and got certified as a personal trainer and cycling instructor. I got busy training clients, raising my kids, and working at fitness center. Workouts got inconsistent and trying to eat nutritious meals often became a challenge. In the last 5 years, I slowly put on a couple of lbs each year. I tried several things and got no results. Weighing in at 151 when I started on Yor Health. I did the 8 week Yor Health Challenge dropping 17 lbs. As a cycling instructor and personal trainer, I love how I feel on the supplements. As each week went by I felt more energetic and able to exercise 5-6 times a week anywhere from 45-60 minutes with more intensity. All calories are not equal. You feel different when you are feeding your body the quality nutrients it needs. I will continue to use the Yor Health products.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
