Hola buena tarde, mi nombre es Jesús pero todos me dicen BOND, estoy muy contento de ver que día a día mi cuerpo es otro y subir mi autoestima, se que aun me falta bajar medidas pero estoy en el proceso, he de confesar que ya estaba acostumbrado a mi rutina en el gimnasio y el tenerlo cerrado ha sido todo un reto que implicó la disciplina en casa, no obtuve el resultado esperado pero tengo siempre una oportunidad de hacerlo mejor y se que puedo hacerlo.
