Hi everyone, My name is Pang Yang and I am 19 years old. I’m a college student working a full time job,
I didn’t have the time to go to the gym. I’ve been struggling throughout high school in terms of weight and confidence.
I stood in from of the mirror with each outfit I try on, looking and searching for flaws.
I became really insecure about my body and only wear things that covers up my whole body, I think that might be the reason why I love winter so much because I can really cover up and still dress cute.
I joined the challenge because I couldn’t stand my body anymore, I hated feeling insecure, I hate not being comfortable in my own body.
So took the initiative of joining and I wanted to feel better about myself. Other people can tell me I’m beautiful but what matters the most is how I view myself.
Joining this challenge gives me the opportunity to better myself, to be able to love myself more, and to be able to gain more confidence.
I started out at 170lbs and with the 8week challenge I lost 20lbs.
I am down to 149lbs now.

I took 30 minute walks 3 times a week.
My body feels lighter, better than ever.
