Mi nombre es Ismael Valdez, tengo 31 años. Mi vida laboral hasta hace 1 mes era de empleado por lo cual pasaba en promedio 8 horas sentado en la oficina o el carro y con malos hábitos alimenticios llegué a pesar 142 kg, y ahora que estoy en YORHEALT vi la oportunidad de mejorar mi salud física, mental y financiera.
