Hola Familia YOR! Estoy súper contenta con los resultados que he obtenido en este reto. Lo inicié una semana antes de que iniciara el home office en mi trabajo por el Covid-19 y realmente he aprovechado el tiempo de cuarentena para cuidar mi salud en todos los aspectos. Bajé 4 cm de cintura, 2 cm en cada pierna y lo mejor de todo es que ya no se me sale la lonja de los jeans!
Qué estoy haciendo? Tomo en promedio 2 litros de agua al día, hago 30 min de ejercicio 4-5 días a la semana (rutinas de aplicaciones o vídeos que hay en redes sociales).
Casi al despertar 1 cápsula de Repair y 1 de probióticos.
A medio día una cápsula de AMP.
Mi primer alimento del día es súper greens! (Hago ayuno intermitente).
Comida y cena balanceada baja en carbohidratos acompañada de 1 cápsula de Digest.
Casi todos los días tomo una malteada YOR Shake, ya sea como snack o como cena.
