Hola soy Lupita, me sorprendí al ver mis fotos al final del reto, con el encierro por la cuarentena anímicamente han sido días difíciles. He seguido cuidando mi alimentación, pero creí que no había bajado y pensé en no subir las fotos, pero oh! Sorpresa! Bajé 3 kilos y en la panza lo noto muchísimo, bajé 5cm de cintura y 4 cm de cadera. Aún me falta, pero estos resultado inesperados me animan, voy por más!
Lo que hago es una alimentación baja en carbohidratos, cero refresco y agua con unas gotas de Bare Oils de limón.
