My name is Sarah and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I began my 8 week Yor Best Body Challenge weighing 56kg with a goal to get fit and drop my weight down to 51kg. I'm pleased to say that thanks to the Yor Health products, support and motivation of the challenge I've been able to do this and currently weigh 50.7kg.
Through the challenges of the COVID-19 and being isolated at home for the majority of the 8 weeks the Yor Health Products became even more important. My routine changed and I relied more on the Yor Vanilla Shake and Yor Supergreens as a breakfast shake along with Yor Probiotics in the mornings. I also had the Yor Esential Vitamins, Yor Digest and Yor Super Slim before each main meal.
With gyms being shutdown I signed up for some online classes which helped motivate me to work out at home. I also went for more walks with my golden retriever and was still able to go for a couple of runs each week.
I'm super proud of the results I have had over the past 8 weeks. And thanks to the Yor Best Body Challenge I've realised my fitness goals and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time!!
