Hi my name is Shane and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. My 8 week Yor Best Body Challenge begin not long after having surgery on both of my hips. I weighed 85.6kg and I wanted to join the challenge to help motivate me to complete my rehab and start to get my fitness back. I'm pleased to say that thanks to Yor Health I have lost 7.2kg in 8 weeks and now weigh 78.4kg. I'm extremely proud that I've been able to reach my goal and I feel fitter and healthier than I have for a long time.
Because of the challenges of the COVID-19 and being isolated at home for the majority of the 8 weeks the Yor Health Products became even more important to me. My routine changed being at home and I relied more heavily on the Yor Vanilla Shake and Yor Supergreens as a breakfast shake along with Yor Probiotics in the mornings. I also had the Yor Esential Vitamins, Yor Digest and Yor Super Slim before each main meal. And finished the day with Yor Repair before going to bed which helped in my rehab recovery and gave me a better nights sleep.
With gyms being shutdown I had to work out at home and complete all my rehab exercises from home. To help with this I was able to use some Yor Health Resistant Bands which was a great benefit to me. I also went for more walks and was still able to get plenty of exercise in.
Thanks to the Yor Best Body Challenge, I'm super proud of the results I have had over the past 8 weeks. I've realised my fitness goals and I'm feeling fitter and healthier than I have in a long time!!
