Hi,

My name is Dana Kozubikova and I was excited to participate in my third Yorhealth bestbody challenge. The virus lockdown and me not working didn’t help too much. I felt like I was using more energy for eating and sitting down on the couch than moving so I decided to focus more on my health and to join the challenge again.

I started most of my mornings with healthy Yorhealth shake and supergreens. I had piece of fish or piece a meat for lunch with a nice salad and I would take two Yorhealth essential vitamins and digestive enzyme. I’d have some fruit for snack and for dinner I would eat salad with meat or fish. I would take two more essential vitamins and digestive enzyme with dinner and before bed I’d take my probiotic ultra and my Repair ultra. Every day I’d incorporate series of light weight lifting and yoga classes that I was able to do at home.

After completing my eight week challenge I feel more healthier, energetic and lighter. I lost over 8 pounds and I’m thinking joining the bestbody challenge again. Thank you Yorhealth for making it possible for me!!!
