Hello my name is Alejandra Pérez and I am almost 43 years old , I am single mother and I suffer from hypothyroidism, it is a disease where your metabolism works very slowly and your pressure drops, in addition to the fact that it was retaining liquids and was unable to lower weight, I was stagnant , I wanted to feel better physically and emotionally when I decided to join Yor best body challenge weighing 146 lbs/ 66.3 kg and ended up weighing 130.7 lbs / 59.2 kg

In the morning when I wake up my Yor probiotics together with the Yor repair before exercising Yor amp I took it 3 times a day , every day I did intermittent fasting I started with 14 hrs and ended with 17 hrs and I broke them with my super greens accompanied by the Yor fiber , before each meal my Yor digest and at dinner night my Yor shake along with the fiber all this accompanied by exercising 6 days a week and 2 times a day .
