Hola mi nombre es Leonor Casanova tengo 47 años, súper bendecida por haber conocido a personas increíbles como Martina e Iris, que me impulsaron a terminar este reto, ya anteriormente había hecho retos pero nunca los terminaba, siempre con el pretexto del tiempo. A raíz de la pandemia me quede sin empleo y fue ahí donde empezé a sentirme cansada, con depresión y ansiedad. Gracias a que empeze a tomar los productos de YOR health soy otra, tengo energía, al principio pensé que solo era el peso, pero sentirme bien conmigo misma me cambio la vida. Estoy activa gracias a Iris y sus rutinas de 40 minutos por Zoom, en las noches antes de dormir me tomo 1 YOR probiotics Ultra y un YOR repair en la mañana 1 AMP y un YOR repair, a media mañana mis Verdes, YOR fiber, YOR shake y Berry Blast. Una comida casi cena con mis enzimas digestivas. Y si quiero snack algo ligero. Antes no tomaba agua pues no me gusta pero gracias a los aceites escenciales de Bare oils le pongo una gota de limon y naranja a mi agua deliciosa.
