El seguir en el reto ha sido muy satisfactorio durante estas 8 semanas, debido a que pude reafirmar mis hábitos alimenticios y de ejercicio con excelentes resultados. Me siento con mas energía, mejoro notablemente mi digestión y mi descanso en las horas de sueño. En ayunas tomo una tasa de agua tibia con una gota de aceite esencial de limón y una capsula YOR PROBIOTICS
