Hola, mi nombre es Rosa Irene y tengo 64 años. Es la primera vez que me atrevo a participar en el reto y estoy muy feliz de que mi hija me haya insistido. A raíz de una caída hace unos meses, me quebré peroné y rodilla y no pude moverme de la cama por 4 meses, por lo mismo subí mucho de peso.
