Este Reto me ha encantado!!!! Y estoy muy feliz con lo logrado
A sido fácil con Digest , Malteada y Greens y ayuno intermitente .
Me he desinflamado !!! De Ejercicio solo caminar 45 min -1 hr diaria en la semana , y al caminar me llevo mis mancuernas y así Hago brazo también, y al terminar hago abdominales.. solo eso!!
Yorhealth es lo máximo! Hasta parece que me he quitado años de encima!! Tengo casi 48 años y me siento como de 25!!! Tengo más energía y me siento más ligera ..
Continuaré con YOR porque quiero llegar a mis 50 años sintiéndome excelente YOR parece comida de astronauta en ello está todo lo que necesita tu cuerpo ..
